Wow, I need to take my scheduled nap. I'm all cranky thinking about Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. Night night :-)

They both suck. Affleck sucks just a bit more.

What was Affleck doing with Kerry? Instructing him on the proper Hollywood method of Botox self-injection?

This is my top 5 of worst/overrated actors ever. I'm probably forgetting someone. I think I could even make a top 10.
5. Tom Cruise 4. Ben Affleck 3. Nicolas Cage 2. Bruce Willis 1. Tom Hanks

That scene of Tom Hanks in "Philadelphia" where he's listening to the opera has to be one of the most horribly written and acted scenes in recent movie history. It's so unrealistic and over-the-top, I cringe just thinking about it.

And Tom Cruise...I'd love to know who he blew to get those Oscar nominations. He was god-awful in "Magnolia"...even if we do share a birthday.

Top 5 coolest actors. 5. Gene Hackman 4. Robert Deniro 3. Al Pacino 2. Jack Nicholson 1. CLINT Clint may not be the best actor of the bunch but he certainly is the coolest. Not to mention he could probably kick all their asses combined. I agree with that 'Opera' scene in Philadelphia. That was dreadful. He was listening to Maria Callas sing too (dead Greek soprano Onassis used to bang). Let's just be grateful he wasn't listening to Nana Mouskouri. ;D

Jack seems pervy to me for some reason. He's kind of on my creepy guy list.
I also don't think that Tom Cruise is much of an actor OR very hot.

Ithink that the Affleck / Kerry connection comes either from them comiserating about constantly being asked "Why the long face?" or else they're still duking it out to determine just who has the longer face.
Alexis, Jack IS pervy, but that doesn't make him a bad actor ... just not a good potential date. In fact, I don't even know if you can call him pervy, since he owns up to just how perverted he is, and wears it as a badge of honor.

I think my favorite of Kool's list of actors is probably Gene Hackman. He's always great, and the thing about him is that he rarely makes a bad movie...so if I see his name in the cast, I know there's a good chance that the movie is worth seeing.
Clint is cool, but I'm more of a Jack guy. Clint has just gotten so old, it's almost painful to watch him now.

Of course, then you have the other extreme with Pacino, who has had way too much plastic surgery and also looks disturbing...

I think that Jack and Clint are somewhat similar in that they each play basically thesame character over and over VERY well, with a little variation here and there. I'd probably give the edge to Jack, primarily because his "character" can be put into many more situations for more variety in movies.

Of course, then you have the other extreme with Pacino, who has had way too much plastic surgery and also looks disturbing... It's not only the surgery. Have you seen his new big white choppers? I think he and David Bowie have the same dentist.

Well, Bowie lives in NYC now, as does Pacino, so you're probably right!

Goin's Pet Peeve of the Day: People who take a crap at work. Nothing I hate more than walking into the bathroom at work and being overwhelmed by poop fumes. Can't these people train their sphincters to go before or after work, in the privacy and comfort of their own commodes?
