What about 'Cut The Crap' by the Clash? When even the band doesn't like to acknowledge it, you know it's a bad album. Bad doesn't even begin to describe this record. Let's just say that it made Big Audio Dynamite sound like genius. There's a total of one decent track on Cut the Crap, the evocative and moody This is England. You can download that song for ninetynine cents, so there's really no reason for anyone to own this artifact of the demise of the only band that mattered. Absolutely horrible record. The worst thing ever released by a major band, IMHO.

Hey at least the inner sleeve was entertaining with the b&w drawings that turned color when you dabbed them with a wet sponge!

I was just curious, b/c I kinda like 'In Through The Out Door' but it seems most die hard LZ fans hate it.

Not one of my favorite Zeppelin albums -- I think Page was too smacked out for a lot of it and John Paul Jones had a heavier hand in its production. I always sensed a dark feeling to some of the cuts....and then you'd be hit with "Fool In The Rain" or "Hot Dog" (gawd how I hated that song).
It would have been interesting to see what a following album might have sounded like, so see what direction the ending of the 70's would have steered them into.
