If someone was actually able to put their Kiss bias on a shelf and listened to songs like "Nothing To Lose" or "Let Me Go Rock & Roll", they would be more appalled and how aptly Kiss ripped of The Beatles and Chuck Berry's grooves and runs.

It's scary to think anybody could own that many Kiss albums ... ! :P ! 'Back in the day' I only had Hotter Than Hell and the first Alive album --- I remember thinking at the time that Destroyer just sounded too polished and then didn't like the camp of "Calling Dr. Love", "Christine Sixteen", "Love Gun" and the like. They were getting as cartoony as the album covers. Nowadays I can listen to those earlier days and enjoy the crudeness & simplicity to the tunes...that, and I came about to believe that Paul Stanley has just a great shoutin' out voice for that stamp of rock music.

haha - this was CLASSIC.
My boyfriend does this drink-beer & listen-to-vinyl thing too, but its not as glam as when Riley does it because there was no Pink Floyd on at Riley's house & I wasn't being groped at like a harem girl.
You must do this again, soon. The running commentary was great.

i don't own any Pink Floyd by the way cuz they're fucking awful *contacts Mrs Riley re arranging some sort of husband-swap* I didn't used to mind Pink Floyd, until I had to start battling them for attention. I've had to resort to wicked feminine tactics. The second I see Dark Side of the Moon heading for the stereo, I am disrobed & working the booty overtime. Damn you David Gilmour.

They're even more boring than Zeppelin if that's possible.

Late night last night, means early one for the Dog tonight. Might try to get through some more vinyl tomorrow though with one day or bachelorhood left.
Night y'all.

They're even more boring than Zeppelin if that's possible. Every time someone denies Zeppelin, a species of Amazon plant becomes extinct. We can blame the Greenhouse effect on Riley, pretty much.

Riley, this was brilliant. Well done.
I'm a bachelorette for a week starting Saturday. Now I know what I'll be doing with my time. Better stop at the beer store.
