Brett Anderson's solo album which comes out in a few weeks. I love this record. IMHO, this is some his best work since the Suede debut. Keep in mind, it's pretty mellow, so don't expect to find any "Trash" or "Animal Nitrate"-like rockers here. It's mostly made up of ballads with strings all over the place. www.sendspace.com/file/ncpbkg

Thx for the Grinderman Kool --- I leapt on that d/l the moment I saw it here after I pissed around for about 1/2 an hour over the weekend trying to find it. Hoping to be well-rewarded upon listening to it.

You'll definitely find it interesting. That much I can guarantee you. I just wish it was a bit longer. It ends on a high note too with a killer track and then you're just left wanting more.

oh geez, RN, I forgot I intimated that historical tidbit on these boards!..yes, I was a huge fan of the Monkees..even started a San Diego chapter fanclub (n = 0 attended!!).....but then circa 1967 it all changed... yes, you know what I'm referring to The Doors..... couldn't listen to the Monkees and Doors simultaneously, so one had to go!!!
