Fuzz, my short disc will be songs less then two minutes and the long will be songs between 8 and 15 minutes.

Frag -- my short disc will consist of short tracks. My long disc will be longer.

It's gonna be quite difficult to find songs maarts hasn't heard. Probably don't have any.

I finished your Short Songs disc. Every song, with the exception of one, is under 3 minutes. 36 tracks.

Just noticed this. Awesome. Can't wait to hear Maarts' disc - looking forward to dipping into his encyclopedic knowledge of music! And holzman, get ready. I'm gonna blow yer mind to the point where you can no longer tell what is wankery and what isn't anymore  ...but i have to warn you, due to my recent laptop issues (see macbookrandomshutdown.com - this SUCKS), it might take me a little while to get this properly done - if my computer keeps shutting down in the middle of burning a CD...well, that seems pretty risky and dangerous. Might have to wait until I can take the laptop in (which won't be for a few weeks) or see if I can borrow a friend's machine or something like that. we'll see.... but i promise i'm on the case!!! M -- I'd just as soon get my mix via YSI/SendSpace, so you don't have to worry about burning me a disc. It's just gonna go right back onto my Mac, so may as well just leave the files as AAC/mp3s. Unless you want to send stuff you bought from the iTunes store, in which case you'll have to convert those to AIFFs any way.
Looking forward to hearing what you'll put together though. Won't guarantee I'll like it, but I'm definitely curious to hear it.

DED-short disc is done. I strayed from the all punk/industrial way (thats what I was gonna do) theres a whole bunch of crazy stuff on it. 41 tracks! soul, jazz, metal, punk, etc. Its all there. I made a copy for myself. I got it done today because the rest of the week is too busy...
I am about to burn the long disc now. Just chuck it out the window when you get it...but the short one is cool (I think the long one is cool too but a little more difficult)
