Ryo, I got your package in the mail today. I listened to the first few tracks of the mix CD, then the first few tracks from "NEVER WEAR OUT yOUR SUMMER xxx!!!" All I can say about that one is wow. It knocked me flat on my ass it was so good. Thank you thank you thank you!

I'll be sure to post my thoughts on the live disc as soon as I've given it a few spins. So far it sounds mighty strong.

Glad you liked the Natsumen, Fuzz. It's one of those albums that doesn't grow on you, but knocks you out on your first listen. RocDoc also loved this disc, so I'm 2/2 so far with this band - my best record yet in proselytizing Japanese music (luke and al n - you guys remember him? - loved Blankey Jet City but others were lukewarm; luke, Drum, and JLLM's mother loved Mayumi Kojima but others were less enthralled; and so far RocDoc is the only one who has really reacted positively to Soul Flower Union).

I look forward to your thoughts on the live mix, whenever you feel like posting them!

Now that looks very good indeed- must admit that I like Muse and BSS only on full moons but the others are sublime!

Actually those were the two I was most unsure on. The Muse track is a full on rocker so maybe the moon will shien blue there. The quality on the BSS is a bit dodgy, but I thought I would tack it on there.

I found a cool Neil Finn live set on-line. I was going to put something on there, but I thought maybe you would have already heard it.
