"When the Pawn Hits the Conflict He Thinks Like a King What He Knows Throws the Blows When He Goes To The Fight And He’ll Win The Whole Thing ‘Fore He Enters The Ring There’s No Body To Batter When Your Mind Is Your Might So When You Go Solo, You Hold Your Own Hand And Remember That Depth Is The Greatest Of Heights And If You Know Where You Stand, Then You Know Where To Land And If You Fall It Won’t Matter, Cuz You’ll Know That You’re Right."

Best sophomore albums that exceeded the debut: (You know something: most band's debut is better than their sophomore effort... seriously though... ain't no one tellin me Zep II, for instance, is better than Zep I, uh-uh, no way, no how. Neither can Pink Floyd or Bowie and a bunch of other classic bands be included here)
UNDERTOW . . . ............by tool EVERYBODY KNOWS THIS IS NOWHERE....... by neil young GET YOUR WINGS......... by aerosmith THE BENDS................... by radiohead THE FREEWHEELIN' BOB DYLAN.................... by Bob Dylan
Well those are the first 5 that popped into my head. . .

One of the best, if not THE best sophomore album is 'Paul's Botique' by the Beastie Boys....I mean, who saw that one coming? After "Fight For Your Right (to party)", no one thought the Beasties would hit a creative and artistic home run like they did on 'Paul's'......It's easily one of the coolest albums ever made.

Fuzz, that is the greatest Avatar I have ever seen.
"Paul's Boutique" might be the Pet Sounds of hip hop.

I don't know where that one came from originally, but it does look kinda Robot Chicken-y.
