If I'd said it was like John Cafferty vs. the Beaver Brown Band, I don't think anyone would have gotten the reference. ;D John Cafferty actually does an awesome Born To Run-era Springsteen impersonation with "On The Dark Side" and really just about every song on the Eddie & the Cruisers soundtrack was tailored to sound as E Street as you can get. If I'd had to bet who would've gotten a John Cafferty reference, it would've been JAC. Can't say I completely agree that Cafferty pulled off that Springsteen imitation, but I did enjoy some of his stuff that wasn't on that s/t (which sounded like a charicature of Bruce to my fanatic ears).

I voted for Rocky Von Rocksalot, because his name sounds like a gangsta rapper who can sling the bling bling. Besides, I still feel bad for him after that Ohio/Michigan game last week...

Maybe Rocky's forthcoming solo album should be straight-up gangsta -- how 'bout it, boyeeeeeee?
Maybe Frag can do a Flavor-Flav imitation?

Well that's who I'm voting for then. This band would be nothing without the kick-ass horns.

I think all the Fragtone votes should be combined, to be fair. I mean, they're all based on my genes, right?
We're going to have to put one of our practice sessions up on YouTube or something so you guys can all see what a tyrant Sir Rocksalot has become. Yes, he makes us all refer to him as Sir.
