I'm here for you, Tits Mcgee, I never really left. Without your steady guidance, DED, I'd probably be listening to such bands as Rancid. I am forever indebted to you. *secretly hides copy of ...And Out Come the Wolves, purchased with little thought in the heady days of the mid-90s*

I wasn't really "blaming" you, Ryo. I know that M's the culprit as far as singing their praises here. But I remembered you at least talking with her about them. FWIW, I'd rather listen to Natsumen or that jazz/fusion with fluglehorn band you sent me than listen to the Boredoms.
And anyway Ryo, you're awesome. Just like Frag and Rocky. ;D

I love you too, Ryo. I would love Kenny H, but the last time I did that I was really sore for three days & had a bruise.

Definitely love your tits. ;D And Ryo, you're like another one of my internet sons ... you and Rocky and Frag ... DED and Fuzz are like my internet little brothers ... and Bow and Strat are like my older e-brothers. And Phil's like my crazy uncle that we tried to keep up in the attic whenever company came over.

let's see,
WHEATUS (could be the reigning kings of this category) and er, ... FASTBALL
and . . .
I'd even say that band that sung that song that went "Hey Now, you're a rockstar, get your shoes on, get paid! All that glitters is gold..." you know the one I mean. Sure, they had another album, but who paid attention?
And what about MARCY PLAYGROUND . . . another case of "technically" not qualifying (as they've released more'n'one album, but...) You catch my drift.
In this vein, there are more bands to consider (as having only one "hit" album):
3 DOORS DOWN
,,, only, I can't think of anymore right offhand.
but yeah

MAD SEASON.
And there's nothing "tongue-in-cheeky" in observing their WONDERness: that album is a masterpiece, straight up

As a rockist, I'd have to say that PEW has no idea about rock music if he thinks MBV and Lemonheads are One album wonders.
