Besides Led Zep tribute bands (dread zeppelin, etc), I've heard alot of bands compared to them. Which bands do you actually think sound(ed) somewhat similar and which bands do you think consciously tried to sound like them?

I know of one, for sure. Paris. Fuckin total Zep copycat ripoffs. I think that was their name. . . it had that guy that my Dad used to listen to . . . the dude w /the shades, on a green park bench w/some hot model (was the cover of his album) .. . anyhow he's in Paris. I thought they sucked.
