If you like Budgie, you'll like Wolfmother.

Kraftwerk really owes everything they did to Led Zeppelin.

Human League so desperately wanted to sound like Led Zeppelin that they got a female singer to hit the really high notes like Plant.
"Don't You Want Me" is just "Rock and Roll" played backwards.

The new Arcade Fire album is a huge Zeppelin ripoff. "Intervention" is pretty much a note-for-note remake of "The Ocean". Unbelievable.

Bush's health care policies have always struck me as a direct rip-off of some of their early material.

I've got this downloaded and just haven't gotten around to listening to it yet. I'll make a point to watch for other such shameless rip-offs. Speaking of which, don't you think Joy Division was just a front for Ian Curtis' desire to be the next Robert Plant/Jimmy Page rolled into one? "Whole Lotta Love Will Tear Us Apart Again" was a medley just waiting to happen.

Well if you wanna get technical about it, they're ripping off Bruce Springsteen, the biggest Led Zep rip-off artist of all-time. So it's more in the vein of how some bands rip off Interpol, who ripped off Joy Division, who ripped off Led Zeppelin.

J.R.R. Tolkien REALLY ripped off Zeppelin. Have you ever actually read Lord of the Rings? Save yourself some time and just read the liner notes to Led Zeppelin 4. I can't believe that guy got away with it. What an asshole.

Pearl Jam's "Given To Fly" ripped off LZ's "Going To California"
I thought it was kinda funny when PJ played a gig w/ Robert Plant a few years ago and right after Given To Fly they played Going to California - something like that -- my memory is a bit sketchy on that but I think it was at a House of Blues show from 2005.

Pearl Jam don't sound ANYTHING like Led Zeppelin! That's like saying that Rush started out as Led Zep knock-off, and we all know that's not true, either!
Peter Frampton stole the riff from "Battle of Evermore" to use in "Baby I Love Your Way," though.
