Bottom line is, speaking only for myself, I find for example, japanese erotic art and David Hamilton artistic pictures of young girls very erotic while a crude porno movie with close-up shots of "genitalias in full motion" does really nothing for me ...
IMO, there lies the difference between eroticism and "pornography" ...
The firsts appeal to your brain while the second
is aimed much more lower...

Now, Shin, nobody said that the posting of comics was flatly "not allowed." There was definitely another dynamic at work back there. But posting of actual hardcore porn (not racy or titillating pics) can get the site shut down by proboards. But I think everybody knows better than that anyway.
FTR, I don't know what happened to Someone, but it wasn't me.
