If our global economy was changed from a Big Corporation dominated system to a small business dominated system do you think it would be better or worse in regard to mankind's existance?
~Culturally, do you think it would make us less homogonized, and if so, is that a good thing or a bad thing?
~Does Big Business consumerism harvest more greed and excessive materialism than a small business consumerism would?
~Would having less corporate advertising in the world be a good thing or a bad thing?
~Does corporate business promote a culture of corruption because it creates more ways of shifting the blame which makes it easier to skirt personal accountability?
~Is there less personal familiarity with customers in the Corporate system than there would be in a small business system. In other words are customers simply numbers and demographics as opposed to people within yoru community that you have an actual relationship with? If so, do you think that when the customer is just a number or demographic it becomes easier to treat them unethically and rip them off?
~Is the motivation to climb the corporate ladder a bad thing?
~In general, is big bad? Does being big make it easier to be corrupt simply on the grounds that big companies have more lawyers and accountants, more marketing and more money to spend on finding loop holes, tax shelters, paying off politicians through lobbyists, more resources to come up with creative way to screw the consumer or tax payer?
I think many of you know my answers to these questions, but I would like to hear yours.
