It's times like these that I wish Chrisfan was here, so she could use her semantic prowess to explain to us rubes that Iraq is not, in fact, in civil war, but rather throwing wild parties celebrating the freshly painted schools that have unfortunately spun out of control, in much the same way that a city erupts into riots when a local team wins a national championship.
Freedom Is On The March!

Freedom Is On The March! No, Iraq is not in civil war. See this? Now, if Iraq were in civil war, would we be getting a thumbs up from the President? Of course not. Oh, and hi, Chrisfan.

Frankly, I don't think that's such a belly laugh, but maybe it's just me.
Amidst all the linguistic gymnastics going on in the media and the government about what constitutes "civil war," I decided for myself that it was, for sure, on Thursday when some 200 were killed in Sadr City.
But don't you feel just a little like a schmuck though, for continuing to take pot shots at a poster who isn't even here?

I think that's relatively mild as far as potshots go, strat. But maybe it's just me.

Is Iraq in a civil war? Does Dubya need to have his diapers changed every night?

She's probably the better lay of the two, but still, she has the same beady eyes and could you imagine those looking up at you while she's doing the head deed? Man, CREEPY!

To be honest I'm not all that into either of them. I just like that one more than the other. It would be a hate fuck for either.
