A couple of people have mentioned to me that they don't much care for the "God" designation for high-number posters, and I've seen a few other comments to that effect, as well. That is the default name at Proboards, and I think it's kinda dumb too. By the time I figured out that you could change it, we already had several, and they seemed to enjoy the title - it was kind of funny. I think it's time for a change, so I'm starting a thread under "Welcome" where all can suggest a new title. Once we have a few suggestions, I'll start a poll where we can vote on it. So, let's have some suggestions, OK?  |

I couldn't help but to think that if Lysergic Aaron were around he would have the perfect title for anyone who reaches that 500+ post count:

Well, now. This will be a tough decision, strat-0. Considering all the options . . .
You could construct a "pantheon" of legendary rock artists . . . .with "Lou Reed" at the Topmost position (the sly referencing of his being a heroin addict would be key). In fact, you could limit all the titles to heroin junkies alone! i.e, "Jimi Hendrix"; "Iggy Pop"; "Jim Carroll"; etc could all designate lower-echelon posters, and the highest ones would end up in the "Lou Reed" category.
Just a thought. . . .

No needle tracks were found on Jimi Hendrix body during the autopsy ...
As a matter of fact, no heroin was found in his body
although it's been acknowledged he was snorting !!
Jimi Hendrix died of barbiturate intoxication
chocking on his own vomit !!

Thanx for deciding to change the title, strat as I was planning to change my name as soon as I hit 500 posts. I was gonna change it to "Love" or "Worship" or something of that nature so that it would go with "God".
Taking the example of Confirmed Posting Addict from JAC, I suggest we use:
