I'm also guessing that,"you've been warned" is a part of the rules. If you get this than no matter what you did you will be banned by the next warning whethjer you have recived a PM or not. I'd just like to say that i haven't received a PM from the main moderator before the warnings. That if i did receive a warning i would abide by them until we figured this all out.
I would continue to PM the main moderator until i could figure out which posts of mine should be edited even though i don't feel i've done anything wrong besides express my opinion about some issues here at the castaway board.
As far as i'm concerned, we're all in this together. We all loved the RS boards and came here to mingle with people we enjoyed talking to. Apparently the CE board causes distress and make people take sides on issues that hit home. If it's that much of a problem i'd delete the CE board and just let people talk about music. That's why we're here right? RollingStone.com? music board? music? anyone?

wait, i quoted the rules and it was deleted. can i repost them so we all know what we're dealing with? my bad, they are on the trial board, now everybody knows what rules not to break. I only have a problem with 3 of them. I just wish my post wouldn't be deleted even after i'm banned which is most likely what's gonna happen(due to me breaking the "insulting" the moderators rule even though i'm only "questioning" their rules.) |

I don't have a problem with "questioning rules". are you sure? cause that's the only reason i feel i'm being "warned". After reading your "rules" i figure i've slightly broken a couple of them but haven't done it blatantly. I'm just trying to speak for some other people here that feel the same way as me but don't have the balls to say it. I guess i'm taking the martyr role even though i don't want to. I want to talk about the Colts and their championship run. I want to talk about SOAD and how good Mezmerize is. I want to discuss politics on a normal level. Yet my posts about possible rule changes have led to me most likely being banned. That's not fair, especially if i haven't got out of line. I'm debating with you, i'd do the same if you were right here in front of me. Is that fair? |

i want to answer a lot of your post maarts, i think you made some great points. However, i feel i will be banned if i answer some of your questions. I think this is a good debate and i thought your post was well thought out and great. I guess i could PM you my retorts but what would that accomplish besides a 10 PM exchange that nobody gets to see. I feel everybody should be involved in this but it doesn't seem likely according to the moderators. maybe next time man Everyone won't be involved in this "debate" because frankly, most people don't really care. |
