And then there is Bill... Amazing. I've been patrolling lots of fansites of Bloom County and could not discover ONE strip featuring the Pete Doherty of cathood! Traitors the lot of them! I'll rip out my old scanner and scan some of Bill's finest in the next couple of days or so. The series around Oral Bill or the time he had Donald Trump's brain implanted in his cranium are wickedly funny! If only Bill had ran during the last presidential campaign, he suredly would have been voted in. No war in Iraq, just a steady trade of Tender Vittles to that country. Bin Laden? Kittie litter. How the Yanks could have bypassed this legend judging from this advertisement is beyond me. No dessert for you!    |

When did the "Opus" strip come into being? Don't think I'd seen a thing involving this crew since "Outland" --- but then it's lucky our conservative paper here even runs "Doonesbury"....
