That is the greatest piece of musical news I have ever heard. My life will be compleat upon the release of those 2 songs. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!!!!!! Oh waitaminute -- but I CAN!! I KNEW it! This is...VERIFICATION! If I had to describe KORN in terms of referencing 2 other bands to say "They're like a cross between _______ & __________", it would most definitely be "They're like a cross between Pink Floyd and Nine Inch Nails" Thorny. happy. Kamper.

The NIN rumor might be bogus. There's a story about this at MTV News and they make no mention of it. Pink Floyd is a go. In fact, they've been playing it LIVE....

Wow . . . *Yay*! !! ! ! ! ! ...But I hope they do play Head Like A Hole . . . But that's cool about Another Brick In The Wall. Well I saw S&G last night, they had a seven-piece band, plus themselves, making 9 onstage, it reminded me of Slipknot~! Seriously though . . .Simon & Garfunkel were awesome, they rocked the house & moved our souls. RUSH tonight.

This board's been dead 4 far too long. So check this out: Just today I placed an online order for iSsuEs on vinyl, I can't wait for that shit! I also ordered MorteM's Decomposed By Possession (perhaps one of the sickest, hardest, heaviest, most badass Death Metal bands I know: MorteM Rule!) And I also ordered Brian Eno's "World Music Vol 1: Possible Musics" on vinyl....one of his trippiest, most ethereal ambient compositions. So now I'll be the proud owner of 3 KORN~vinyls: Untouchables, Take A Look In The Mirror, and iSsuEs. Next week I'm going to get the limited-edition, 180-gram virgin vinyl LIFE IS PEACHY, and my neighbor's lives will never be the same. Hello m'Lady...

Well thorny, I just saw The Village and I think I can safely say without giving anything away that it is most definitely NOT a werewolf movie.
I enjoyed it very much but my prediction is that you will be disappointed... I say this because I'm aware of the reasons you didn't like Signs...

But yes, I truly loved The Village . . . in fact, it's my favorite Shyamalan movie, now. I couldn't have been more happy.

Hey, yesterday I was thinking about that terrible, fanboy viddy of Everything That I've Known . . . and the thought occured to me -- what other band would actually just let their fans create their videos on their fucking home computer-?! In this light, Korn having allowed one of their greatest songs to be made into the crappy home computer video of some disaffected teenager . . . why, that is nothing short of remarkable, and damned cool as fuck (if you think about it).
Not to mention covering a freaking one-hit-wonder's 80's song, "Word Up" -- do ya think they're kinda doing that on purpose just to F-with the Industry, m'Lady~?

*damn*, they took the pic down from online at musicstack.com:
I just ordered this rare, pink-marbled vinyl album that was designated solely as "Korn": Immortal, "stickered jacket", looks like a promo of their debut album, and it was only $20 . . . Got it from the same distributor that sold me iSsuEs . . . and I got the very last one~!
I was going to post the pic they had of it, which doesn't show much -- I don't think this thing even has any album cover artwork yet (hence the "stickered") -- but boy am I ever psyched to get this one.
I don't think it's really possible to come by their debut album on vinyl unless you're willing to shell out over $100.
;D
