Radiohead on the stereo....
Cup of camomile tea...
Just wearing shorts and a shirt......
Now why reminds me that of this board?

Ahhhhhhh!!! Finally a visitor to the board!
We need to get this place a cranking again!!! Just don't ask me where to begin... I have actually succeeded at getting myself hammered tonight on Whiskey and cokes... IU think i was just a little *liberal* with how much whiskey i added to the glass, though...

It would explain the red nose he has in your picture profile, Mellie!
Weird! I've been doing about 52 hours per week at work and even though I'm tired, I'm still inspired.
Oh, Scottsy, that Art Of Fighting-disc is bloody beautiful! Love it immensely and will be very close to a number one spot if I make my top ten for the year.

Hmmmm.....the closer I examine said picture . . . the more clearly I see that Mellie has a red nose of her own with which to rival that of her darlin' matey's. Now that's a match I wanna front-row seat at!

Imagine if you really could have a hollow leg, that'd be fuckin' great, wouldn't it? You could put your car keys in there and thus avoid ruining the way your jeans hang for starters.
There's probably countless other less important benefits too.

Leave it to you to think of the practicalities.

My hollow leg DOES have its limits, but I tend to drink like a fish until I just cant get anymore down. Whether thats a good or bad thing I just dont know.
And I think our noses were quite sunburnt at the time. But if you want to attribute it to the alcohol, I guess theres not much I can do about that :-)

Do fish drink? Do fish blink?
Hollow leg...would be great to help me get my shopping home (I don't have a car and only one small backpack to put my stuff in).

That would indeed be a convenience you could make handy use of Maarts!
A pretty neat party trick too! :-)

Somehow I doubt that a hollow leg would go down well at parties. I can just imagine people asking me what I'm doing when they see me fumble in my pants...for some reason the asnwer: "I'm unscrewing my hollow leg" somehow could get me into trouble....
Scottsy- have you had a listen to the new 78 Saab-album? Very very good indeed and, if I might boldly say so, much more adventurous than the new R.E.M.
Mellie, thanks a million for the great pix you send me...I'm sorry, I have to mail a ton of people back and I'm just not getting to that.

Both the new REM and 78 Saab have a place in my CD plyer this very day in fact!
Crossed Lines ia great set of songs, some very beautifu lmelodies in there and has just the right balance of gentleness and grit that I like to hear! It's among the best albums I've heard this year in fact!!!
As much as most have maligned the new REM album, I'm loving it... I really can't see whats so wrong with it. I haven't been able to understand the general sledging of it from day one... but thats just me... maybe I'm too much of a fan to see otherwise.
But I don't see anythging wrong with this album, and I am in fact enjoying quite regularly!
