Who are Mantis, sisyphus, and cookie monsters/ Any other newbies or nic changes? Is Kathman still around at all? I'm glad the dogs are doing well Ken, I hope your puppy is ok. I'm looking forward to having a dog someday. Mantis is DED, sisyphus was invited here by Thorn, cookie monster was Paul Cook ... not sure if you were here at all when he arrived. Pauledwardwagemann is the former Household Name/Bozo Nightmare ... Somebody else will have to provide the rest, as I'm starving and it's time for me to get some lunch. Oh yeah, I see you're doing yoga now ... what's your current spiritual state? Do you qualify as a practicing Buddhist at this point? I've done a few tai chi classes in the last couple of months, and think I'm going to go further into that now. Did some standing meditation a few weeks ago that was really productive for me ... after a long stretch of not doing anything spiritual, I'm beginning to do more Buddhist practice again, which is probably a good thing. And feel free to come by here any time and ask questions ... I think we actually all miss that about you. Or email me, or whatever. Really nice to see you here again, Shane. Stay free. |

Current spiritual state is quite content with insight to my humanity being imperfect, not that it should be otherwise, don't really call myself anything. Just trying to stay well, exercise more.

yay, shane..... i found a handwritten letter from you with a picture of you dressed up as Little Alex the other day! amazing the memorabilia i collect and completely forget about, it makes for a life full of non-stop surprises i guess.
so um.. what is going on? i guess there was a troll? and award shows? i am completely out of the loop. but they always come back, don't they.
