last night in a dream i watched my sister get in a car, light a cigarette (she doesn't smoke), and die in a horrible fiery ball when a semi hit her just as she got going.
fun.

lordy. Could it have been the result of having just watched a movie (featuring a similar scene) -? yikes

For instance, that John Cusack movie IDENTITY had some scenes similar to that . . .

I don't think so. Been having weird sleep patterns lately though. Pretty much nauseous all the time from the bus making me carsick.
I just talked to my sister a couple days ago. Just really horrifying to wake up from that one.

Yeah, that is not a pretty dream. About the only upside is, that it was just a dream.

I had my very first dream about a baby. MY baby. He was adorable and had brown hair and I held him in my arms and touched his cheek and thought "You are going to be so attractive when you grow up!"
I'm a little disturbed.

I had a strange dream last night. Considering I haven't dreamed while asleep in some time, allow me to share it here.
I dreamed that I was a kid again. Maybe 8. (My favorite age, back then.) I was approached by the spirit of a dragon. The dragon warned me he would one day come for me. I couldn't see the dragon. It merely conveyed its thoughts to me in a weird dreamlike way.
Then the dream became a series of anxiety -ridden expectations of the day it would arrive. Years went by in compressed dreamtime with no sign of the dragon. Then suddenly there arrived the part in my dream when the wind blew open these bay windows overlooking a patio to a garden. Leaves swirled in and a strong enigmatic presence made itself known. This presence literally beckoned me to go outside. Feeling this might be it, I anxiously walked out through the door and turned a corner around the patio. Suddenly there it was, pressed back against a brick walled recess like crawling ivy against the side of the house. Only I received a shock as I my eyes took in the dragon's form. It was made entirely of vegetation; thorned rose stems braided together to form much of its superstructure. Flower petals overlapped into its scales. Some sort of bright perrenial phlox seemed to serve as its eyes. It radiated an immense, crouched power. Yet as our eyes met I realized this was like some luck dragon. Before I could even express relief the dream was over.

Yah, it was actually scary - - but not quite a nightmare. I feel it portends something important. I think I understand it. And yes it was a very good dream.

seems like all i ever dream anymore it's either sex with someone i would never consider having sex with in waking life, or i'm running away from someone scary.
maybe the dragon means that something you've been scared of your whole life will actually be good to embrace.

so what's something you've always been afraid of?

Hm, good question. Well, it's not dogs - - because I had a dog phobia only between the ages of around 8 and 18, approx. Maybe a decade - - after that, it went away and my love for dogs (as well as cats) reinstated itself stronger than ever. [The reason for the dog phobia in the first place, was because a German Shepherd attacked me while I cruised by on my bicycle. He snapped viciously at my heels the entire time I pedalled home, freaked out of my 8 yr old mind. He never actually bit me, but the psychological scars lasted awhile in the form of a phobia].
I guess gangs. I'm afraid of being confronted by a gang of fucks who clearly outnumber me and therefore have me completely at their mercy. That's probably it, and I guess that could extend to any "gang", be they legal or illegal.

So then.... Clearly your dream means you should join a gang and then you'll grow shrubbery for skin and everything will be dandy.
I was thinking more along the lines of maybe fearing age, or commitment, or clowns. Or dragons. Yes, upon further consideration, I'm sure that your dream indicates that you should not be afraid of dragons.
