Ryo, there's a lot of bad blood/back story that got touched on today, stuff that's been going on for literally 3 or 4 years, so don't worry about it too much, you neither caused nor exacerbated anything. Someone's comments toward RocDoc were not out of nowhere, though whether they were nonetheless warranted is your discretion. If I was in your shoes, I'd say "no they weren't". If you were in my shoes, you'd say "yes they were". You'd have to be a frequent participant at the CE boards to really "appreciate" what I mean. Be thankful you're not, in that regard  Thanks for this, shin. Yeah, I figured there must've been things going on that I'm not aware of, but I was just reacting to what I saw, from my vantage point, probably without really thinking too much. But then again I like RocDoc a lot (and you too Phil!), whereas I don't know someone at all, so I'm as biased as anyone. I use the "10 recent posts" function regularly, and snippets of CE do wind up there quite often, so I do have an idea of how the atmosphere there can get from time to time. I'm not out to judge anyone for how they behave there - it's only natural given the nature of political discussions. The point of all this? Just to say that RocDoc and ded can rip into each other with utter impunity as far as I'm concerned. I don't care what you guys say to each other, I love you both regardless man. |
