I think you actually said as many bad things about my raving about Paul Weller's latest solo album as you did about the Jam, Shinmeister. But you know what? It didn't bother me. I'm a fortysomething guy now, who gets a huge charge out of knowing that one of his heroes as a teenager is still making music that is timely and relevant in my life more than twenty-five years later. You'll get the same charge when you're my age and hear something by the Shins, or Radiohead, or whoever and realize that they're still talking to you. At least I hope that there'll be a band like that for you. 'Cause it fucking rocks. You didn't say anything on Sedaka that would've bothered me if I'd read it here, quite frankly. It's just a generational thing. And the Jam rocked, dude. How anyone can listen to "In the City" or "Strange Town" and not realize that is beyond me. ;D Can you believe this douchebag? Please don't ever let him in over here at sedaka. |

Huh, I missed this whole thing....guess I need to start paying more attention to things around here.
What's this Sedaka board? From what I gather, folks like Clubber, Pissin, and Knight, who all used to be acitve on the old RS Boards and in particular on the Pearl Jam board post there...Anyway, it's kinda weird to me that there's a rivalry of sorts...I just know I miss bullshitting w/ Pissin - haven't chatted w/ him since the old boards went down. Clubber was cool too. Don't really remember Knight, but if he was on the PJ thread, I'm sure we chatted a few times.
Okay, guess that's it. Hope everyone gets along - no need to fight, afterall, it's only rock n' roll (but I like it, like it, yes I do).

I was called an asshole with a tiny penis before I joined Sedaka. Now they just call me "asshole", since I've posted so many pictures of my nice sized penis. Notice that Luke said "nice sized" and not "large."  Well I thought it was large, until Kenny posted pictures of that hulking veiny stereotype dangling between his legs. I was so ashamed after that, I had to start posting all my penis pictures after Rocky's penis pictures just to save face. Good times, the Post Pictures of Your Penis thread over at Sedaka. |
