i'm guessing that this trial is gonna be held in the U.S. because of the backlog and massive delay. I already changed lawyers 3 times and still haven't gotten a trial.

David Hicks' an Aussie on trial in the States and he is waiting for 5 years already.
Still has to be indicted too.
