He just needed a little drivers' ed, to learn to avoid that stock footage of a car careening over a cliff.

Yeah how the hell do you just kill a cat out of the blue? Was he/she a real little kitty? Maybe it wasn’t weaned & therefore wasn’t eating?

I think he was sick. He kept sneezing or coughing. Making some weird noise. Then he shit all over the place. I wake up, he's dead. I put him in bed last night while I went to get something to drink, and I came back and couldn't find him. When I got in the bed to look for him I think I may have put my knee on him as he was under a robe. But he seemed okay. I think he was just sick. Really sucks though 'cause he was so cute and playful. And he really liked listening to the Boss.

Sorry to hear about your kitty, Frag. Maybe next time you should think about a slightly older kitty. My first Tabby was about a year old when I got him, and he was a great cat.
It's funny, I love puppies, but I'm not wild about kittens. I mean, they're alright, but I really prefer adult cats. But puppies ... I love puppies. Love adult dogs, too, but I really prefer getting a dog as a pup, whereas with a cat I'd prefer to just get an adult.

My girlfriend really wants a kitten, though 'cause she's always gotten them as kittens. We have three cats right now. One's pretty old. But damn. Wilco was so cute. I suppose I can get another, but it's not the same.

jeez, that sucks : (
We've always gotten our dogs as pups, but I prefer adult cats to kittens, too. Although, my old cat Penny, I bought her as a kitten & the plus side was that I was able to socialise her really quickly.

Ah frag, that does suck. I've never had a cat because my brother and I are both horribly allergic. And I just don't like cats that much - but I like kittens. We always got our dogs as puppies too. My shepherd pup was adorable, but I think my sheltie pup was even cuter... just a l'il bundle of fur, she was.

So sorry to hear about your kitty, frag. All I can say is: you tried to help the little kitty. So, just try again. The humane shelter has plenty more kitties that need homes. If you feel you can take care of three kitties, that's great! You could do yourself a favor, though, and look for a healthy and intelligent animal. Good eyes, good coat, aware of surroundings, likes you and responds. They have plenty. The last one I took home is now 18 years old, and has been quite an enrichment to my life! And I still don't have any rats, mice, etc...
