Easy now Thorny, no need to for the clown white to drip off just yet. I shall give you the sign of the hammer before I crush thy nuts with a double bladed battle axe. LOL

np: Hybrid Stigmata off Dimmu Borgir's Puritanical Euphobic Misanthropia album.
Now see what you did after hearing that black metal band from Israel I was in the mood to hear Dimmu Borgir. Whom are much better imo.

Actually Fantasia, I'm not waaaay into the "lyrics" behind most black/death metal, just the intensity of the music, and the abstractions inherent to such riffage.
My favorite "lyrics" have got to be those of Lord Worm: (of CryptopsY):
"Ugh-uh-uh-UURRGH!! rUFF ruf UHUHUH-URRRGH! Argh! Achtur-tur-turUGUGUGUG uh uh uh Huh!CHUGGYCHUGchugchug! gRgrwlGruntgruntURGH! AAAARRRRRGH! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIEEEERRRRRGGGHHHGGGHHHHHHHHggrglegrglegrglegruhRUHURG!!"
translation:
"Oh what a gal! She seems such a perfect victim: This I can tell, for if beauty by guilt, she's guilty
Ordinarily, I'd not wish to frighten her or hurt her, But such beauty inspires one to give the gift of murder
She's the kind of girl you want to run up and tackle through a window some floors up and spatter you both to hell
Come and get it; your stuffed bunny's at the window, But not that far out... Reach little one! Reach!... "

The best Black Metal lyrics I have ever heard are COF's. If it weren't Black Metal it would stand up to any of the greatest poets.

I'm glad U check'd out MELECHESH, Tasia. They may not be as good as Dimmu -- (I don't know / haven't listened to my burnt Dimmu CD The Butcher gave me) -- but I shall honor thine efforts tonight by placing said disc into my player, and letting them expunge their demons through my speakers, so I can hear for myself WTF they all about.

You won't regret it. I would have to say Puritanical Euphobic Misanthropia is their best album.

With a name like thorny I don't think that would be a problem. But enough joks, Mellechesh isn't bad at all. I prefer more classical music infused with black metal though. A band can be intense as hell but that doesn't mean it is good. Isengard is almost done and I can't wait to burn this one.

Yeah for Israelites Melechesh sure know how to rock out. I'm pretty sure Puritanical Euphobic MIsanthropia is the one I got, Tasia. I'm strongly considering headin west to see MayheM live when they come through, next month. \m/\m/
