They may be a tad over-rated, but not the most over-rated band ever.
Pearl Jam is much more over-rated than Radiohead.

paranoid android is my fav...and i love the video. it is so longing, and the build/climax at the end is purdy damn powerful... "god loves his children" wailed in a strange irony....not quite bitter...not quite hopeless...but not quite believing either...

You're new, so maybe you don't know, but Radiohead invented long hair and god worship, which, sunsequently, invented Scott Stapp's career, so maybe you shouldn' thank Radiohead so much, cause sometimes, they h8rt people.

You're new, so maybe you don't know, but Radiohead invented long hair and god worship, which, sunsequently, invented Scott Stapp's career, so maybe you shouldn' thank Radiohead so much, cause sometimes, they h8rt people. well i don't know that you can blame that on radiohead. there were a group of kids who laid on a freeway to commit suicide, and slit their throats in imitation of pez dispensers. you don't blame Pez do you?... i'm sure this scott stapp had a hand in his own freakiness, and drew on other sources besides that of radiohead... then again, i don't know WHO this Scott Stapp is, so maybe i should shut up... wanna fill me in? *blushes in ignorance* |

I find it hard to believe that you really don't know, but if not, then more power to you. He may be the biggest douche the American music industry has ever produced. as far as i'm concerned, he and all of his ilk can drown in their own antithesis-to-true-art-musical-aspiration-cum-degenrative bile... their shit is TANTAMOUNT to radiohead's oveure, and i don't give a shit if this Stapp thought he was getting something from them...
