I agree. I might also add that, while Blacklisted is one of my favorite albums, song for song Fox Confessor is better, and as an album more cohesive. The singing is better, the writing is better, the sense of style and mood are better.
The new Elvis Costello live cd is amazing, by the way, as is the new Built To Spill. Big fan of both.

18 in all.
Here's the scoring system I used:
1=40 2=38 3=36 ...... 13=16 14=14 15=12
I gave an extra 10 points to each album for each list it appeared on more than 3. A total of 25 albums ended up on at least 3 lists so I figured that would be a good place to stop. I'll put after each album the points it got(nothing even came close to YHF) and the number of lists it appeared on. Here goes...

Wilco are good, but the blind allegiance baffles me. Blind allegiance? I'm confused. I'm pretty nit picky about what I listen to, and IMHO Wilco has not released a bad album. AGIB get slammed around here (don't know why), and I really enjoy all but one song from that album. I've listened to Wilco for years, scrutinized them, didn't embrace them initially, and finally really came to like them; I don't think I follow them blindly.

Of course, we'll all have to modify our list as new albums come out.
Oh. And another thing. Some of us could stand to modify our lists due to certain more-worthy albums we merely forgot about. For instance, I should have included ISIS's Panopticon in mine, but didn't. A move I regret.
