Okay, then, so you were listening to Joshua Tree in 87, still a disqualification!
Just playing around, man, but yeah, Axl's always been a huge douche.

I was also listening to Husker Du in '87, Lucas.

Most rock stars are gigantic douche bags. Axl no more so then Bono.

Nevermind may be iconic, but it most certainly is not the best album of the nineties.

Did someone suggest that it was? I think the concensus here is that it isn't even that band's best album.

I don't know. I hear that insanity so much, that I more or less rage out against it any time the album is brought up.

With the usual disclaimer of I don't believe there is a single best album of _____,I do believe Nevermind is probably the most important album of the ninties and should be listed amoung the best as well.

Other than Nevermind and OK Computer, what else was there?
Don't answer that.

Oh, so we are not discussing our own interpretation of 5 star albums anymore but are about to discuss the importance of particular albums? Damn. Had some good reviews proposed on Shriekback, Lou Reed and Dead Can Dance, guess it'll have to wait.
