Yes they did, although I'm not crazy about that song, even Zep's version.

If you buy 2 albums this week
Buy-----
The Mars Volta- Frances the Mute(all I have been doing with my free time is breaking down what each lyric means line by line,so much fun with friends)
Stars-Set Yourself on Fire(one of the best albums I have ever heard it hits all stores today for fans of The Arcade Fire and maybe some of you will even think it's a better album and that's a bold statement)
I don't usually feel this strongly about 2 albums, but TRUST ME

Tell me about it. My mind is still reeling from Frances The Mute. I'm just getting over the explosive psychedelic assault on the senses that is this album's band: Flea on horns?? Hell Yes. The whole thing is like ATOM HEART MOTHER meets PHYSICAL GRAFFITI only by way of KING CRIMSON on meth! Or something. Each time I hear it, I become thankful for these guy's superlative effort. I can hardly wait till the "decoder" comes out -- the "Widow" single w/the title track on it. I wonder how long the song "Frances The Mute" is -?
But what I can't wait for most of all -- is the 3-disc, vinyl record album, official, definitive Frances The Mute version, as it will have the title track on it.
I live for that day.

Yeah People are already trying to decode it,by the internet leaks(it's out on cd as well next tuesday) Frances The Mute - 14:26(too long for one cd and crucial to the storyline) It's been determined by Omar in an Interview that it's the first Track of the concept and fills in grey areas April 19 Mars Volta Live
I'm actually working with my friends on a line by line breakdown on the whole album there's so many double meanings
It's a epic about split personalties and your connection to your family
I'm living at the comatorium fan site where we break down the lyrics, artwork, it's fascinating and when we finish I'll post the whole interpetation on my MV thread
You know they wrote a book on Deloused just last week did I finally figure out the complete picture what a amazing piece of art,I knew the themes but when you can tell the entire story
It's on A Alice In Wonderland greatness level and the best "CONCEPT" Album lyrically
TILL Frances....

Well that was the word, but I think I've untangled the quasi- enigmatic rumour-mill and decoded all the fan garbledy-gook to mean that on August 16, a Tool release named "Teleincision" will hit the stands . . . .but the way I figure it, it will be the long-awaited DVD of their last tour, in support of 2001's immensely successful "Lateralus".
The Tool camp itself is being rather (intentionally, I'm afraid) oblique about the exact details, so your guess is as good as mine. But take a gander at the title of said release: "teleincision" . . . sounds very appropriate for a video, does it not -?
And when rolled off the tongue as their next *album title*, it just doesn't quite. . .cut it . . . wouldn't you say -?
Hence: I believe that's what we'll be getting, come Aug 16: the Tool DVD, at long last: "Teleincision"
The logo does appear to be fashioned after a razor blade. . . .

Seeing that Urge Overkill got knocked off my "Top 15 Greatest American Bands List" by including The Jimi Hendrix Experience I would like to recommend to all the highly overlooked brilliance of Urge Overkill's The Supersonic Storybook, released in 1991, particularly the songs "Theme From Navajo", "Emma Lene", "What Is Artane?", and "The Candidate".

I strongly recommend the Broken Social Scene catalog, especially "You Forgot It In People" and the self-titled album that's out on Tuesday.

I've heard mostly good things of Broken Social Scene... heard a track by them on Triple J here down under the other day, was actually quite impressed with what I heard... might be one to keep an eye out for.

You Forgot It In People is already a classic of the indie rock scene, Scottsy. The self titled which drops here in the US tomorrow is my favorite album of the year by far.
