A google search says yes. From the FAQ at teganandsarah.org Are Tegan and Sara gay?
Yes, Tegan and Sara have identified themselves as gay in several articles and interviews. But don't be yelling stuff about it at the shows, it's not cool. |

There's a song on that disc that disses Halifax, I think because no one showed up for one of their shows back just before that disc was released.
