Oh, see, what happened is, apparently the site that I was trying to link to played a joke on me, 'cause that's not the album cover I was posting. This is what I posted (from a different site now): I guess the other site doesn't like people linking to them and using their bandwidth. Jerks.

It turned out funny that Kool was able to tag off the "album cover," but since snopes doesn't mind bombarding you with multiple popups, they're assholes to restrict hotlinking. That must be new.

I can't believe someone would actually make an album cover like that. I guess it's trying to be a sort of joke, but I don't get it. Total classless album cover.

That art was actually created before 9-11, and the release was delayed until November to re-do the cover. But still, a tasteless cover made repulsive via actual events.

Huh, interesting premonition....still, not a good cover. If I were that group, I'd certainly change the "art" work.

That's true. I remember that. Dream Theater's Live Scenes From New York, which was released on 9/11, contained similarly disturbing imagery of a skyscraper burning. And let us not forget that Slayer's God Hates Us All was a 9/11 release. That seemed significant at the time, at least.

It is weird . . . . besides BOB DYLAN's Love & Theft (I think it was), which was also released on Sept 11 -- the one that truly takes the cake is, South American underground Blackmetal legends MystifieR released their Double-CD "Wicca/Goetia" album on Sept 11th, too. They are Satanists.

Yeah, when they finally released it, the album cover looked like this: image.allmusic.com/00/amg/cov200/drf000/f044/f044517607k.jpg(I decided to link it instead of posting the image so as to not cause any confusion about it being a tag or something). In fairness, they're a very political group, and the cover shot of the WTC burning was meant to be symbolic of destroying the ills of capitalism. It may have been tasteless, but it was not thoughtless by any means. And yeah, as soon as 9/11 happened, they changed it ASAP.
