Had a great lunch from schlotzsky's deli. A ruben on dark rye with x-tra sour kraut, bag of barb-e-q 'tater chips and a diet coke.
BUUURRRRP.

Yea, the overeating will subside. I actually started working out shortly before quiiting and lost weight. Of course I am a load now, but it's not because of quitting smoking. It's the excessive wine consumption and eating dinner right before I go to bed.

"Like a whino cowboy?"  Yes, excessive port might not be a good thing Eric. Am preparing a tuna helper melt meal that cost a buck with another tin (can) of pillsbury dough boys for a buck. I add fresh jalapenos and onions (sauteed of-course in margerine) to the dish. Adds flavor. With a slice of leftover apple pie for desert. Cost with added ingrediants (milk, margerine, onions jalapenos) $3.50. |

It was very tasty. Went to a meeting tonight hence a late supper. Leftover helper with biscuits for lunch/dinner tomorrow.
