Peaked at 317.7 on the penguin game. I like the egg game better. Up to 340 as my high on that so far. Can get at least 250 every time.

That egg game frustrates the shit out of me. Got up to 320 once... and have never broken 300 again. Usually fizz out at about 250-270.
But yet I can't stop playing it.

730.4 - those landlines are mighty useful if you can get the decapitated pingu past the bloody spikes.

Now for some thing bare...... am I wrong here guys?
This morning I refused to go to an assigned job site. The reason is this. All day yesterday we got pummeled with snow, the job is way the f out in the boonies heading toward Saskatchewan. All the hwys are the shits. Even the AMA is saying travel not recommended on these routes. Now frankly I’m not paid enough to risk life limb or car IMO. I’m not scared of winter driving but by the same token I’m not into stupid winter driving. If I crack up my ride the boss sure as shit isn’t going to pay for it. So, I’m at home, he’s pissed & just when I was starting to feel foolish on my way home two cars hit right in front of me. I had to 911 on my cell. (people seemed ok not the cars though). This was on a well traveled route too not the sticks where he expected me to go. So query, does this guy have any right to be mad? It’s not like he’s paying me to stay home. He has a 4x4 verses my l’il Nissan. The more time passes the more I hate this guy. The do not travel was even on the radio for fucks sake.
Opinions..

I agree that you're legit. If the "don't go out unless you must" warning is on the radio, it needs to be taken seriously. If it were THAT important to your boss that you go out to the site, then he should have arranged for a safe way for you to get there. If he didn't and your only way out was your own car that you didn't feel safe driving in under the road conditions, then you're not to blame - the snow is.

Yeah in my heart of course I know I did the right thing. I just hate the bloody pissy faced attitude he pulled. The guy drives like a loon at the best of times (I’ve followed him in the summer; if it says 100 instead of just 10 or 20 over he’ll do 160). WTF does he know from good roads. I’ll also mention he’s on #3 DWI! Yup, got a blower in his truck. Lord I really despise this guy. Damn my car loan.

AMA map updated @ 9:38 my time so less than a half hour. My intended routes were down 28 then out 55. You'll note there red & yellow, stay off & use caution.

RK – my two cents is if the authorities tell you to stay off the roads, then you stay off the roads. I live 36km away from my job and there are times – maybe once in the run of an average winter – when I tell these guys, "look, you don’t pay me enough to risk it". You have to be reasonable about it, of course, but this stuff is just the reality of living in Canada, IMO.
