After all that cheerleading I did for Ween, they still didn't make it in! When they're obviously (at least!) a much better band from then to now than Green Day, Depeche Mode, or Super Furry Animals. Ah well, they'd have gotten beaten out quick anyway. Like a reviewer said, "It doesn't matter, Ween fans will all know this is the best album to come out this year, and everyone else will continue not to care." I don't disagree with you about Ween but those are the breaks in putting a field of 64 together someone always gets left out |
