Actually, I'm not sure if the honorific is the correct way to pronounce it. Try this:
Facial feature + indispensable for a royal flush + confident (or an honorific, whichever pronuncation is correct)

I don't think they're obscure. Key words here: "don't think" Which in Ryolish means, they're bloody obscure.  ;D I got the last part so far, I think, but that's about it. It's also confused me though, because not even you are sure how it's pronounced. How do you expect others to find it? I don't blame you though.
