Wow, Phil is way hipper than I am. Best show of 2006? Diamanda, of course. (bite me phil  ) I also saw a fantastic Neko Case show. Worst show? Chicks on Speed. (Actually that might have been 2005. I can't even remember anymore. It was so bad that I suppressed the memory) Cheers, M |

But I didn't see X this year. If I saw them I'm sure they would be near the top of the list cause they are one of the best live bands on earth, even still. If we were ranking our best shows ever, they would right up there.

I'd like to see Radiohead one of these days, but I dunno, I'm kind of intimidated by just how immense that band is. Which probably doesn't make much sense I know, but even when they come over here, the very notion of actually seeing them never even occurs to me for some reason. They'll probably come over here again, and I still won't go see them because I'm stupid like that, and then they'll break up three years later and I'll curse myself for never having seen them live and go "fuck, I'm so stupid" and then die. Story of my life.
