I got Kucinich with 95%, which doesn't surprise me considering I like him because we have similar stances on the issues.
What can I say, I'm a lefty...
Weirdly enough, I also support Ron Paul for the Republican nomination. Hah!

Ohio Representative Dennis Kucinich (D) 86.44% match
Former Alaska Senator Mike Gravel (D) - 85.59% Illinois Senator Barack Obama (D) - 79.66% New York Senator Hillary Clinton (D) - 72.88%
First candidate: Doesn't matter. Who cares? Second candidate: Doesn't matter. Who cares? Third candidate: He's okay. I'd vote for him: He just isn't my choice. Fourth candidate: Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.
Enh!

I ended up with Mike Gravel (85.96%)...
A fitting "choice" since he is from Québec descent ...
Ohio Representative Dennis Kucinich (D) - 85.96% Illinois Senator Barack Obama (D) - 71.93% Former North Carolina Senator John Edwards (D) - 64.91%

I got a 94.59 match with Huckabee. Not a big surprise, since my concerns with him have nothing to do with ideology, and everything to do with his ability to sell conservative thought. Mitt came in second for me. Not a big surprise again since my concerns with him have everything to do with a belief that he's not what he appears, and nothing to do with ideology. Third, at 93.2 was Rudy. I'm fine with that, as its a close enough number to 94.59, and I don't have the concerns that aren't measured in the calculator with him that I do with the others.
Oh, and I'm very very very proud to report that my former congressman, Mr Kucinich, came in dead last for me. I was right to be campaigning against him all those years!

Edwards.
I don't have much against Kucininch (even if he's a bit Walt Disney when it comes to defense), and Gravel... well...
He's pretty funny. He'd probably be a good grandpa. A bit paranoid about the modern system, admittedly... but isn't that why we love our grandpas?
I guess if I believed in keeping troops in the Middle East until the end of next decade and being hell-bent on upping video game ratings while subtracting my civil liberties, Hillary would be my logical choice...

I guess I missed this, too. I haven't been keeping up with the politics threads so well. Edwards, eh? He reminds me too much of the Kerry era. Not to mention, if I'm going to stick with a candidate that I don't think can win nationally, I'll stick with Kucinich. John Edwards has some great ideas, I'm just not sure he's the guy I'd want as a leader. His demeanor annoys me. BTW, I think Richardson would have a good chance of winning if he were able to get as much airtime as the Clinton/Obama/Edwards trio.

Holy crapola, it gave me a bloody 100% match with Mike Gravel.
That guy seems a bit loony. Not politically, necessarily. Just as a person. I don't want a lunatic in the White House, even if he's a lefty.
But jeez, 100%?? Ridiculous.
My other ratings:
Dennis Kucinich: 92.98% Hillary Clinton: 70.18% John Edwards: 70.18% Illinois Senator Barack Obama (D) - 68.42% Delaware Senator Joseph Biden (D) - 66.67% Connecticut Senator Christopher Dodd (D) - 66.67% New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson (D) - 66.67% Texas Representative Ron Paul (R) - 43.86% Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R) - 42.11% Arizona Senator John McCain (R) - 28.07% Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee (R) - 17.54% Businessman John Cox (R) - 15.79% Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney (R) - 10.53% Kansas Senator Sam Brownback (R) - 8.77% Colorado Representative Tom Tancredo (R) - 4.39% California Representative Duncan Hunter (R) - 3.51% Former Tennessee Senator Fred Thompson (R) - 3.51%

I'm dying to know how exactly you and Thompson could find 3.51% agreement. That seems too high. Is that 3.51% the 'live in Tennessee" quotient?

Maybe Fred isn't the most conservative, since I ended up with:
Former Massachussetts Gov. Mitt Romney w/ : 89.29%
Then:
Former Tennessee Senator Fred Thompson (R) - 85.71% California Representative Duncan Hunter (R) - 82.14% Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee (R) - 75.00%
And the fact that Hillary got 46% on mine proves that she's really trying to show how moderate she is right now. That's my take on it anyway.

My own personal take is that around here, Mary falls more along the lines of a true lefty than Melon does of a true righty. Melon, don't take that personally or anything. But if we're going textbook, I personally think that Mary is the most classic example of being true to an entire ideology than anyone else. And for the record (so its not taken for what I"m not saying) I think that is the result of thought and consideration, and not merely some blind brainwashing.
