Just had an idea. The first poster who responded to the awards thread actually sent me a PM with his/her choices. Not what I had in mind or how we've traditionally done things (we usually post our choices right in the thread), but it got me thinking.
If everyone used PM, could we then take the various choices/winners in each category and then set up survey threads? I guess most people would just end up sending votes then voting for the same things over again eh?
Or is that way too complicated and am I way to horny to incorporate the survey function?
Just throwing it out there.

I personally thought It'd be a cool idea, if not time-consuming, if we had a list of say five nominees first.
But I think horniness for a survey function is actually a psychological disorder. You may want to see someone about that...

No. See. The person who started the whole "its not the size of the gun, its the way you shoot it" thing was lying.
Since when do ships have any impact on the 'motion' of the ocean? A cruise liner or an aircraft carrier can sail a lot further than a dinghy or a rowboat, can't they? And a bigger gun is going to shoot further & better than a small one.
While we're at it: "Its not who won, but how the race was run". Haha. Sure. Because we all look back on great sporting moments & think "who cares about that dude that came first. I commend the guy who ran seventh because he tried hard, dammit".
