I'm not sure if a similar poll has been put up yet, but since PEW can start about 50 threads on a daily basis, I decided to start one myself. Hopefully some good will come of it.
Since several people insisted yesterday that Pewy should be banned, let's have a vote. Strat-O has the last word obviously, but let's just see what the majority thinks here...
Give your reasons if you want, or just cast your vote and leave. Let your voice be heard... ;D
Oh, and Strat-O/Mods, after a few days please lock this thread. This/he shouldn't be discussed for over a week, for whatever reason.

Jeez, this is kinda mean spirited, no? This is just the internet folks, no need to get this worked up about someone you'll probably never meet anyway. I don't know, maybe because I stay away from CE and things like that, the guy doesn't bother me at all....I think he just tries to get y'all riled up sometimes, and apparently he's doing a pretty good job. I don't agree w/ a lot of what he writes, but I enjoy reading his post nonetheless. I don't even know where I'm going w/ this, but it seems like he's getting on everyone's nerves, except mine and whoever voted to keep him around, but that's no need to be so mean. Just my $.02.

I'd just like to see those pointless and boring boards deleted, thankyou. When you are of limited time it is a real pain to have to visually sift through them.
And if I want to know why a particular band called itself what it did, I'll Google.

As soon as this fucking arsehole called Styx a prog band you guys should have started ignoring him.
He creates some cool threads and then says stupid things on them. No biggie. If anything he's thrown some spark into this place. Bozo's harmless. Just work around him. I don't even read most of his stupid ass posts.
I think way too many people are letting this guy get under their skin. He's a poser, not a troll.

I bet Ken actually voted for me, right after he voted against me... you can only vote once.... personally I like having an antagonist around these parts...I don't really ever get involved in deep discussions around here (just like to talk music, well, Pearl Jam and Kinks), but some of these heated debates are entertaining reads sometimes....some of the threads amuse me, b/c everyone gets so worked up; I think its a hoot for the most part, although some of these threads I could really give a rat's ass about. I have my own views/opinions/taste. I'm pretty stubborn, I know what I like, and sometimes just don't care what others think about my taste. I like what I like and that's all. I reckon that's why PEW doesn't bother me so much, because no matter what he writes, it won't change my beliefs/taste/opinions. OK, I'm rambling, and just thinking as I'm typing; apologies is this comes out incoherent (my mind is typically a scattered mess). |
