what do you do when you have serious nausea? I feel really sick. Does coffee help an upset stomach?

Try Coke. That's what I've heard. Or just stick a finger down your throat and chuck and get it over with. That's what I do when I'm nauseous.
I don't think coffee works. If anything, I think it makes it worse. Unless you've got a case of the runs, then coffee would be your thing.

I can't vomit, I hate it. I can handle any pain or illness but not this. I cry when I throw up. I'll try coke, thanks. I can't move right now though.

yeah, the old Layla would've lit up some grass by now. But epileptic Layla can't do that.
My sister has anti-nausea meds from when she on chemo, I'm gonna hit that stash. They're super-drowsy.

Nobody likes to vomit (apart from Kate Moss) but nothing beats the feeling of relief after you've chucked. Sometimes I get really bad migraines which hurt so bad they make me feel nauseous, so I force myself to chuck and within a couple of hours I feel fine again.

That way you can sleep it off. Nothing beats nausea and headaches like some good ol' shut-eye. Even if it's just for an hour or so, chances are you'll feel better when you wake up.

Coffee can further irritate an upset stomach. Pot is known for its nausea cures (eg; cancer patients) My own standby after-the-fact: LaCroix Sparkling Water, in a glass, on the rocks.
