But seriously, Rocky...you are a great guy and one of my absolute favorite posters ever. That goes way back to the time when I first stumbled upon the original RS boards in 1999. If you're ever passing through Oklahoma you'd better give me a call so I can show you around.

Rocky Appreciation.
Rocky is definitely a rockin' name. The only other Rocky I know has tourette's, and that's kinda cool. If our Rocky had tourette's, he'd be even cooler. If that were possible.
Rocky seems like a good guy to hang out with. Maybe smoke a bowl or two or eight with. Get ripped and listen to some Wilco with. Maybe some BRMC. As long as he someday comes around to thinkin' that "Company in My Back" ain't that bad of a song, really. I mean, other than that, he's a true dude. A dude in the purest sense. Next time I'm in Chicago Rocky, I'm lookin' you up and we're gonna hang.

It's a fine song, just the worst on the album. It's an album I like a lot though. I'm not sure what Rocky looks like really, but this is how I picture him. That's actually pretty damn close, except that my hairline is receding, and it's my right hand that I have stuck up my ass. Also, despite all the love for the EVH avatar, I might need to change it to that picture, because it is awesome. |

*fondly reminescing* I recall when Rocky & I used to hang in Tangiers, popping ampules on crystal mornings, letting our own magnetism slowly attract the various hotties meandering down there on the white beaches. How they'd take turns blowing us. Those were the days, eh Rocker? (We called him "Rocker" back then, as he was into way heavier music than any of us even dreamed existed). I owe it all to you, Rock! You showed me - all of us, actually - (Bill, Allen, Jack & the rest of em), how to dream reality into existance, how to "prune the rose tree" *winkwink*, and how to mix the most smashing mimosas, you clever devil. Honestly I don't think Jack could ever have written what he did w/out your invaluable input, Rocky. So I've dropped by today into The House of Rocky to say we all owe you a triumphant toast, "To Rocky! And that he might live another lifetime complete, to influence those amongst us w/the potential for greatness!" (for Rocky's own inherent greatness has always been the world's tears by which he waters the gardens of our minds to bloom fully into the intoxicating roses of our heart's desire).
