You have too much time on your hands. Ummm.... I have a feeling you've already guessed my predictable response here, so I won't say it.

And what's with that "poop fart" crap on his board? Is that his lame attempt to be funny and edgy? See, I told you guys he was a wanker...

Someone else asked him about that poop fart crap and he said that he "just wanted to be immature". Great response, huh?
1000% pure wanker I tell ya! ;D

What if we called the board "Title Tag Reloaded"? That would get us the sci-fi geeks for sure. Or how about "Title Tag - Hold the Mer-Salt!" ;D

I think Chrisfan should start the new thread. She has the strongest following here. We'll help her out with multiple posts and once people see our replies are much, much more than Mersault's, they'll jump ship onto our thread.

I hadn't realized Thorny has been quiet the past few days. Goin and I both overtook him and now he's dropped to #7. Poor thing... BTW, this post finally gets me back into the top 5. Sorry mate.

Did anyone see I, Robot? It was actually a pretty good movie, I was shocked. I wasn't going to go see it, even though it had Will Smith in the buff (and he was better looking than I expected, though the cheaters did make the camera angle sort of blurry, or maybe it was my nearsightedness...)because it was rainy and muddy later in the day and I didn't want to mess up my hair and shoes, but I got bored enough to do so and I was shocked at how entertaining it was. I loved the robot, Sonny and I love Will Smith's character. His acting seemed a lot stronger in this movie like he is finally maturing past being a wise guy and becoming a much stronger leading man. It came out number 1 which I guess is no surprise since everyone and their granny has seen Spiderman 2 (except me, wasn't interested, and I loved one, but this one didn't really draw me in).
One complaint though, why was Smith's character last name Spooner? Does that mean something different in the future??
But overall, I was entertained, and again, I promise not just because of the nudity. It's also supposed to be Smith's biggest opening, surprising to me it opened bigger than ID4, edging out MIB II, MIB and BB2 earning him his Hollywood nickname of Mr. July.
O and I went to the casino this weekend and I was the only one who came out a winner, I doubled the small amount of money I had. I'm too conservative to gamble with large amounts, plus I'm not really entertained by it that much. I really only like slot machines. The idea of losing money that can go towards shoes and clothes really freaks me out so much I forget that I could possibly win and as soon as I get a pretty good hit I pull out.

I fortunately got out of seeing I, Robot. I went to a movie last night, and my friend wanted to see it, but I talked her into seeing Dodgeball instead. (I wanted to see Anchorman. Dodgeball was a compromise) I laughed my ass off. I just love all those stupid premise with a lot of funny joke movies. And Vince Vaughan ain't bad either ...

I wanted to see Anchorman as well, but was persuaded into seeing I, Robot. Anchorman looked a little sub par for Will Ferrell. I had no interest in seeing Dodge Ball though. I was pretty much finished after Zoolander. Ben Stiller could use a new trick or two IMO, and I've never found him that funny to begin with...
In any event I wouldn't be quick to knock I, Robot. I was skeptical because I thought, this is it, Will Smith's Mr. July luck has run out. The previews didn't make it seem that exciting, and even my dad was predicting this was it for Mr. July (we of course when getting back from the movies said after seeing it we doubted that) but it was a lot better than expected and many critics are saying it showed an improvement in Smith's summer blockbuster acting. I'm just both surprised and happy that this marks his biggest opening yet, showing that he still has what it takes to draw a crowd to the box office 8 years after Independence Day and the end of the Fresh Prince. Now I am waiting for him to play a role where he is the bad guy.
Plus, once again, he looks BETTER than in his last movie. Upgrade!! :-)

I'm no Will Smith Fan, but the concept of I, Robot has me hooked. Hope Smith doesn't ruin the story too much with his "big Willie Style" (or lack thereof).
Asimov was one hell of a tale teller if you ask me, and I think I, Robot will transmit to an incredible movie, though. I'll be lining up for my ticket!
As far as the title tag board was concerned.... not sure what the hell was wrong with the one I created!
I have no idea why Meursault created that one, and I'm assuming it might be reactionary to a fault in the board's ability to thread new posts... but why the poopy bit, I really dunno.
I have no axe to grind with Meursault, but it does strike me as a little perplexing about the poop fart bit, but nevermind! Our senses of humour can't always coincide!

Just read the old title tag board...
It appears it was a decision taken by a whole lot of posters there to make a new one, as it wasn't listing the new pages coming up.
Since I'm listed as a moderator for that section, I'm just going to leave it up for now, as it is working fine.
Might add an album tag thread too, I miss that game.

Have any of you guys ever watched Da Ali G Show? I had barely ever heard of it until last week, but I watched several episodes in a marathon HBO was running Friday night. I was howling I was laughing so hard. It has to be the funniest thing on tv. So why hadn't anyone told me about it yet?

Damn it! And to think we were discussing the hag just the other day. Nana Mouskouri is in town! She visited the Prime Minister today to see how she could have a helping hand with the Olympics. If she sings at the Opening Ceremony I'm going to puke!

Why is she visiting the PM to help with the Olympics? Shouldn't she visit the Olympic committee for that?
