Heh, if that happened here nobody would work for a week. The weather forecast called for a slight chance of that happening here a few weeks ago, and we cancelled schools, closed businesses, etc. Instead, it wound up being sixty degrees and calm that day. One hell of a "snow day" IMO! |

wussies! I'd hate to think of how many thousands of pounds of the stuff I've moved in the past week.... STILL cleaning up --- in fact today I spent 7 hours just on one city block enlarging the sidewalk pathways we made last week. Hacking away at ice & slush most of the day has left a terrible ache in my hands but still it was fun in almost a sadistic way. You chop and bash at the shit for what seems to be forever but then you're left with some satisfaction at the end in conquering Mother Nature.
