Liz Phair's not that hot, but she achieved hotness because of her talent and subject matter. But now that she's not any good, she's really not hot at all. Kinda like Shirley Manson.

I would agree for the most part, except somewhere along the way, as she started to suck musically, she evolved into a sexy slutty soccer mom type, which works on its own, regardless of her being a singer. |

Except that the cheesiness of posing naked with a guitar on your album cover negates all sexy points, in my books. That was horrible.

I saw her on Leno last night, and boy was that ever horrible. I'd heard she'd gone all poppy, but that was the first time I'd heard any of it, and it was way worse than I imagined. Not only is that music just crap anyway, but she doesn't have the voice to pull that kind of stuff off.
