I found this series of 'art installations' going on at some art exhibit in Lithuania right now...some interesting images I thought...
'Zydriaakes' = 'Clear Eyes'
I saw this as a thumbnail in a very small partial format and I was 'WTF? Old women in a sauna?'

...and apparently, these students(?) are honoring the Fluxus movement in the world of art, because they're picturing founding members of it which include this guy, Jonas Mekas, an avant garde filmmaker who did work with Warhol and Yoko Ono. And then Mekas' buddy George Maciunas who founded the art gallery from which Fluxus began, in Great Neck, Long Island along with their other running buddy, my wife's uncle Almus Salcius who was simply a wonderful interesting guy with whom I'd had some very cool conversations...he once told me that Rauschenberg in his opinion did a lot of shitty work after we came back to his house after we'd seen the Rauschenberg retrospective exhibit at the Guggenheim which left me extremely pissed off and convinced that Rauschenberg was a conniving piece of shit hack.
He'd known Rauschenberg personally...
But these days Mekas is one of those avant avant film 'gods'...
Jurgitos Èenkutës meninis projektas - "Mekas veþa".
Kæstuèio Grigaliûno meninis projektas - "Jurgis Maèiûnas vaikðèiojantis kojûkais".('Maciunas on stilts'...the kind of screwing around that the Fluxus founders did and called 'art')
Kæstuèio Grigaliûno meninis projektas - "Jonas Mekas vaikðèiojantis kojûkais".('Mekas on stilts' - I guess they're obviously a pair)
Kæstuèio Grigaliûno skulptûra - "Fluxus popieþius".('Fluxus Pope')
Algirdo Griðkevièiaus meninis projektas - "Restauracija".(Unrelated to Fluxus, but it looked cool. 'Restoration'. It's some dude doing a Lenin pose, encased in scaffolding obviuosly, like the thousands of 'heroic' Lenin statues which useta be in every Lithuanian town square...ptooo!)
Algirdo Griðkevièiaus meninis projektas - "Spieèius".( 'Spiecius' means 'Swarm', I guess like a swarm of bees...looks PAINful!!)
