^^^^^ I like your list....We have lots of similar taste (PJ, SY and the Beasties). I didn't include the Bboys b/c I was strictly thinking rock n' roll. If I was thinking hip-hop fusion, Paul's Botique and Ill Communication would be in my top 25 mix somewhere. CYH, and Nasty would make my top 50. Speaking of #50, good choise. Southern Harmony makes for an excellent listen.

I'm not slacking off ... I said that the polls would be re-opened until 5:00 tonight. And results will be up sometime between then and Sunday.
Do you want that list to replace your earlier one, Clubber?

Do you want that list to replace your earlier one, Clubber? I had an earlier one? I thought that was my original and only one. Just make my 2nd one the one that counts...i think

Clubber, there's been some terrible, horrible mistake. Although 23 of those albums are fucking great, a tragic double-typo of the most dreadful kind has occurred, leaving you with 2 entries for The Doors.

I'll probably post something about this on another board as well, but I'll start here.
My dad (who had a serious stroke in February) is currently in an ICU in Kansas City. We're really not expecting him to pull through this. I'm just hoping that he hangs on past Christmas, for my mom's sake. Obviously, my heart is not in scoring this list at this time. I'll probably have a few posts here and there, but I don't want to commit to a big project like this right now.
So I'm gonna email the spreadsheet to another poster, who has graciously volunteered to complete the scoring process. This way, you folks won't be in suspense any longer, and I'll be free to worry about other things.
Sorry about this, guys, but obviously there are other concerns on me right now.

I don't post much, but I've been reading Ken Holzman, Mary Blaney and Dr. Drum for years. Sorry about your dad, Ken.

Ken, very sorry to hear about your Dad. Not to offer you a quaint miracles can happen story, but my father was in the hospital and took a sudden turn for the worse just as I started the job I’m in now. Spent my first day at work expecting to get 'the call' but by that evening he had pulled out of it – though of course we weren’t really sure of anything for a few days after that. Anyway, that was all over five years ago now and he and my Mom were just up here for a month-long visit.
Hope it all works out for you and your family. kleak – good to see you around again. Think U2 will ever put out another record to stand with the ones on your list?

Hey Ken, sorry to hear about your father. I hope he'll take a turn for the better.
And in general, I hope everyone here has a Merry Christmas, happy Hanukkah, happy Holiday's, happy time off work days, and happy whatever you believe in days.

I think you should change this to the 25 records that everyone votes for that are bloated, tired, and contains more filler than should be humanly allowed.
