It seems that "Teenage Riot" has made the most lists thus far if I'm not mistaken.

"Teenage Riot" is the fucking king of album openers. It's a spectacular song, and just so, so perfect to open that album.
Ken, I have to disagree about the rest of Desire being unlistenable. Definately far from being close to Dylan's best, but "Isis" and "One More Cup Of Coffee" are both excellent, IMO.

Certainly one of the best. My #9 and the song I always used to open up any extravagant mixed tape I was gonna make. The beginning of it is hypnotic. Goes perfectly with the candle lit on the cover. Yes, I used to do drugs.

I had completely forgotten that "In Between Days" is the first cut on The Head on the Door. That is an ace opener, even if it does sound remarkably like the band was trying to make a New Order song. Elvis' "Brilliant Mistake" is another perfect kick-off for, old El's had more than a few of those over his career (let's not forget what a great opener "Beyond Belief" was for Imperial Bedroom, either, or "Clubland" for Trust).

Definately far from being close to Dylan's best, but "Isis" and "One More Cup Of Coffee" are both excellent, IMO. Isis isn't a bad song, but the studio rendition is horrible -- downright unlistenable compared to the live performances. That song is definitively captured with the live cut from Biograph, which is not identical to the version on Live: 1975 (BTW, the same can be said of "Romance in Durango" which is sleep inducing on record but in at least one live cut -- again from Biograph -- positively blisters). One More Cup of Coffee is also better live, but it's still a mediocre Dylan song. Desire is IMO one of the most disappointing records of Bob's career, and marks the beginning of a long drought. He wouldn't make another album that was better than mediocre until Infidels (though certainly there were some brilliant sparks here and there throughout succeeding records, including the absolutely sublime "Every Grain of Sand" from 1980's otherwise thoroughly mediocre Shot of Love).
