Anyone read this? It's a fictional account of Dr Alfred Kinsey's sex research institute from the point of view of his first assistant. (a fictional person). I'd never heard of Kinsey before but it's quite fascinating (if somewhat disturbing) to read about the man and his research. Was wondering if anyone else has read it?

Goodnight Nobody by Jennifer Weiner. She rules - sarcastic and cheeky - love her. What an aweful last name. She must have been teased mercilessly in school...

Just started American Hostage Garen & Carleton. Bite………………..
“Unfolding from the terrifying drama of Micah Garen’s kidnapping by Iraqi militants is a complete surprise : a moving, sympathetic portrait of Iraq & its people………… American Hostage explores some of the darkest terrain in the human condition & emerges with hope still beating.”
Not bad at all so far.

I've often thought I'd like to research my family history. No doubt half of it will just be endless generations of alcoholic potato farmers, but nevertheless..... Now reading: Now the hols are almost here my appetite for books is insatiable - and not a Biz or Economics text book in sight!

I read a couple of Economics books back in my day! The portions about how minimum wage is irrational were so beautiful that they nearly brought tears to my eyes. It's not like there's another subject I'm concerned about!
