I wonder if the majority of gay guys go to concerts like Janet Jackson. I can understand not relating to songs by say Guns N' Roses, but Amp you need to rock more man!

Hey pissin, the last time I saw Metallica in '98 they did Motorbreath and The Four Horsemen acoustic. Do you know where I could find some good recordings of that? They played it on the whole tour I think should be some decent boots out there...

OK, I'll try this... I'm including only the bands I've seen who have some kind of national following - i.e. I'm excluding all the unheard of local ska and hardcore bands I saw in high school.... I'm also excluding bands I saw at festivals - the following are headliners doing their own shows - in no particular order:
Joe Strummer and the Mescaleros Rancid Bad Religion Pearl Jam Nine Inch Nails Tool Ministry Primal Scream Echo and the Bunnymen U2 R.E.M. Jane's Addiction Sonic Youth Sleater-Kinney Garbage The Mighty Mighty Bosstones General Public The Offspring Green Day Dance Hall Crashers Less Than Jake Better Than Ezra Suicide Machines Rage Against the Machine Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds The Dirty Three David Bowie Lou Reed Iggy Pop Elvis Costello Neko Case X The Cramps Cryptopsy Dead Prez The Roots Black Heart Procession The Radar Brothers Agnostic Front Sick of it All Q and not U Erase Errata The Go-Gos Beck Cypress Hill The White Stripes Big Star PJ Harvey Mike Watt Bob Mould
...ok, well, now my brain is getting tired. And yes, some of this is embarrassing. Better Than Ezra?? Why??
Artists who I've never seen who I am desperately holding out for, hoping they will come (the list is getting smaller and smaller):
Tom Waits Diamanda Galas Fantomas Fugazi
...that might be it, come to think of it.
Cheers, M

DED, I went to one of those shows. That was cool. Except I got to hear Last Caress, and no Motorbreath.
I found a site one time that hand one of those shows on it, that you could listen to right there, but damn if I can remember what it was. Sorry. You can search. There's a lot of freekin metallica websites though.

Just so that Amp's list doesn't look the worst ...
- The Clarks (they've played across the country, and i"ve seen them enough times that I'm counting them) - Simon and Garfunkel - Prince -Cher -Barry Manilow - Rick Springfield - Tina Turner (best concert ever) - Neil Diamond - NSync -The Bangles -Night Ranger (twice) Rod Stewart - Harry Connick Jr - The Monkees - Phil Collins - Milli Vanilli (I guess that's a listening party and not a concert, does that count?) -Bruce Springsteen - Henry Mancini - Amy Grant - The Outfield - Pseudo Echo (they came and played at my school ... I got out of chemistry class because of them)
that's all I can think of right now.

Well uh...I'd see Mancini and Harry Connick Jr (if he was with his big band). He was. I saw him way back when before he got into all that whacked out funk stuff, andproved that he wasn't quite the musical genius that some thougt he was.
